That is the entire art. Peels are matched to your skin tone, active concerns, downtime tolerance and calendar. Karlyne will design your protocol at consultation — many clients rotate depths across the year.
Are peels safe on darker skin tones?+
Yes, when they are chosen and layered correctly. We routinely peel Fitzpatrick IV–VI clients using melanin-safe formulations and priming protocols.
How much peeling should I expect?+
Lunchtime peels: none to light flaking day 2–3. Mid-depth: light sheeting days 3–5. Medical TCA: visible peeling days 3–7. We prep you fully in advance.
How soon can I do a peel before an event?+
Enzyme peels: 24 hours prior. Superficial peels: 5–7 days. Medical peels: minimum 14 days. Plan with us.
Can I combine a peel with other treatments?+
