— The Approach
Karlyne's
philosophy.
IV therapy at MADE is designed by a nurse — which means it is dosed, sequenced and administered like medicine, not like a boutique gimmick. Our four core drips address the four requests we hear most across Northern Virginia: cellular repair, immune resilience, athletic recovery, and camera-ready radiance.
The Reserve is our NAD+ protocol for longevity and mitochondrial support. Shield rebuilds immunity in and out of cold-flu season. Surge is our high-dose recovery drip for athletes, travel, and hangovers. Luminaire is beauty in a bag — glutathione, biotin, vitamin C. Add single-additive pushes as needed.

— Frequently Asked
Questions,
answered.
How is NAD+ different from a regular vitamin drip?+
NAD+ is a coenzyme foundational to cellular energy production and DNA repair. Levels decline meaningfully with age. Our Reserve NAD+ protocol supports mitochondrial function and is the closest thing we offer to a true longevity intervention.
How often should I do IV therapy?+
Wellness maintenance is monthly. Recovery and immune drips are event-based. NAD+ is typically a loading series then monthly maintenance. We plan a cadence at consultation.
Do you offer at-home IVs?+
At this time all IV therapy is administered in-studio in McLean. Some in-person consultations qualify for concierge scheduling.
Is it safe?+
Yes. All drips are formulated by a licensed clinician, mixed in-house, and administered by a nurse. We review your medical history and hydration status before every infusion.
How long does a drip take?+
Standard drips: 30–45 minutes. NAD+ protocols: 60–90 minutes depending on dose. IM shots are 60 seconds.
